A suite of internal tools built to give Best Buy's EUC team visibility and automation they didn't have before, including custom dashboards, PowerShell-driven reporting, and REST API integrations. The flagship output: an ODBC driver automation that reduced a 2-hour manual process to under 20 minutes, then to zero human effort. On launch day, it closed 100 open tickets.

Software Request Portal

Software approval workflows at enterprise scale are a frequent source of employee frustration. Requests fall into queues, visibility disappears, and the help desk absorbs the fallout. I built a React-based portal on Azure with CI/CD integration that made the full request lifecycle transparent, automated the routing and approvals, and took IT out of the middle of every request.

I designed and deployed AI-powered Virtual Agents across ServiceNow and Nexthink that handle common employee requests, including ticket status, peripheral orders, and access questions, without human intervention. Deflected roughly 60% of previously manual helpdesk call volume.

Selected for Best Buy's internal AI incubator, the Digital Accelerator. Built the React chatbot frontend over ChromaDB and Vertex LLMs, a system that now runs on BestBuy.com. My contribution was the conversational interface layer and the enterprise template system that made the AI output consistently useful rather than generically capable.
